ConnectCalifornia puts state data to work
On January 14, 2019, the OPEN Government Data Act was signed into law, signaling a sea change in the government's approach to modernizing state and national policymaking.
While this change has promised to "require the government to use open data to improve decision making," it doesn't leave state governments with the resources needed to adhere to it.
ConnectCalifornia was founded to help solve this problem in the state of California, performing rigorous analysis of public and private data and creating actionable reports for policymakers and businesses.
